The schools offer an International Curriculum (e.g., IB, IGCSE), with students from both local and expatriate backgrounds.
This position is responsible for providing academic leadership and executive management, driving the strategic and operational development of the School, and enhancing the national and international reputation of the School.About the Job:
Educational Leadership:Develop and implement the school's vision, mission, and curriculum to ensure high academic standards, fostering an inclusive, multicultural environment that supports student success.Staff Management:Recruit, supervise, and evaluate teachers and support staff, providing professional development opportunities and ensuring alignment with international education standards.Student Welfare:Oversee student services, including counseling, extracurricular activities, and disciplinary policies, ensuring a safe, supportive, and culturally sensitive environment for all students.Community Engagement:Build strong relationships with parents, the school board, and the wider community, promoting the school's values and fostering an active, engaged school community.Administrative Oversight:Manage the school's budget, facilities, and resources efficiently, ensuring compliance with both local regulations and international accreditation standards.Skills & Experience Required:
A Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field is typically required.
At least 10 years in educational administration, preferably in an international school setting.
