Process Engineer (Cnc Machining)

The process engineer will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality and safety.Development and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to enhance production efficiency and quality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product design and production processes are aligned.Analyze and optimize production processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency.Monitor production equipment and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.Develop and maintain documentation for production processes, procedures and equipment.Conduct training sessions for production staff on new processes, procedures and equipment.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and quality.Create 2D manufacturing drawings.Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.Applies statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential. Undertake other role & responsibilities that are assigned by the company and immediate superior from time to time until full closure. REQUIREMENTS / SKILLSET: Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields.3-5 years of related experiencePreferably in areas in low volume high mix metal manufacturing for the semi-conductor, automotive or aerospace industries.Proficient in 3D,2D, CAD, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, MES, Total Productive Maintenance, Lean, Six Sigma and PLM.Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
