Process Engineer (Heat Treatment)

Job Responsibilities:
Ensure all production processes meet customer quality specifications.
Ensure all operations comply with safety requirements.
Ensure all production line maintenance is carried out according to the maintenance plan and fulfills quality and safety requirements.
Ensure all Operation Instructions (OI), including process KPOV and KPIV, are followed.
Evaluate the OI inspection process PFMEA+ and improve the severity scoring.
Establish and update all OI and CMR when there are changes.
Design and analyze process capability, including metallurgical analysis.
Responsible for customer quality complaint improvement and 8D report.#J-18808-Ljbffr
