Process Engineer

-Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize operations and reduce waste 


-Conduct analysis and performance evaluations of existing processes to identify areas for improvement 


-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes and systems 


-Monitor and evaluate process parameters metrics to ensure quality standards and productivity goals are met 


-Identify and troubleshoot process issues, recommending and implementing corrective actions as needed 


-Develop and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and best practices.

-Bachelor's degree or diploma in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field 


-Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including process control and optimization 


-Good in analytical and problem-solving skills 


-Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment 


-Strong communication and interpersonal skills 


-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
