Responsibilities:Achieve management target for glass loss.
Minimize process down time.
Support analysis of process parameters.
Implement process improvement and innovation.
Ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
Support Preventive Maintenance (PM) and process job changing.
Plan and assign daily job duties to workers, involving line set up and controlling day-to-day production activities to meet customer requirements.
Prepare weekly and monthly production reports.
Other duties assigned by Manager/ Head of Department.

Skills:Ability to work in hot temperatures and shifts.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Industrial, Mechanical or equivalent.
Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in an Engineering-related field.
Good command of written and spoken Mandarin (required to liaise with China HQ), English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Experience in multinational companies (especially Chinese companies) is preferred.
