Job Description Perform DFA (Design for Assembly) analysis for new product mechanical assembly, and drive for non-compliance closure. Working with DE (Design Engineering) and suppliers to drive closure of mechanical assembly or process related issues. Working with DE (Design Engineering) and suppliers to develop new BE (Backend) processes / technology. Develop suppliers to provide best in class manufacturing processes to support new product manufacturing requirements. Hands-on experience in product mechanical failures troubleshooting and optimization of new product manufacturing processes. Continuously develop and seek new processes breakthroughs that improve quality, productivity, and cost.

Basic Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Master's / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering. At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field. Candidate must possess below experience and knowledge:
Mechanical assembly process Familiar with best practices in mechanical assembly and assembly jig / fixture design Familiar with poka-yoke design and Design for Assembly guideline / design rules Familiar with statistical tool such as pFMEA, SPC, DOEUltrasonic, resistance welding and heat staking process Vacuum leak test requirement and troubleshooting Experience / knowledge in below technology/methodology will be added advantage:
Experience in SMT process for Flex and PCBA Experience in SMT DFM process Excellent communication, organization, reporting, and analytical skills. Individuals with strong personal interaction skills are encouraged to apply. Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and energy.
