Process Engineer Medical Devices

Our client is a famous healthcare group focusing on innovative minimal invasive solution.
Their products and technology are widely used in diagnosing and treating diseases of Urology, Gastroenterology, Pulmonology, Gynecology and General Surgery etc.
Work Location: Johor, Malaysia
Reporting Line:  Production Director
Job Description: Responsible for trial production, process validation, and mass production introduction during the transfer of domestic production lines.Optimize processes and manage production transfers based on product characteristics. Develop process documentation, including SOPs, drawings, and process flowcharts.Address technical, process, equipment, and tooling issues during production and analyze and improve significant production problems.Assist with the procurement, transfer, and acceptance of production equipment and tooling.Regularly generate process reports and report to the head office.Complete other tasks as assigned by superiors. Job Requirements: strong written and spoken communication skills in both Chinese and English.A full-time diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Materials Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Precision Machinery, or related fields. Proficiency in office software is required.Minimum of 2 years of work experience, with preference given to those with experience in the medical device industry.Willingness to travel to China for short-term assignments, including work reports and training.
