We are seeking for Process Engineering Intern, to be based at Kulim Kedah.
This position is responsible to carry out all development studies and investigation works assigned by the supervisor.
Plus, need to carry out the laboratory works and verificatio and to provide good chemical testing service and accurate testing result
Job Descriptions:
Assist in process development activities including new or alternate material evaluation/ qualification, lattices compounding, dipping, wet processes, and chlorination.
Perform laboratory testing on the in-process materials
Perform chemical testing and sample collection as required.
Execute assignments given and report on progress.
Carry out and follow-up on study protocol or process validation.
Involve and participate actively in continues improvement activities within the company
Ensure all practices are adhere to the company environmental, quality and health & safety policy at all times.
Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and practicing 5 S.
Conduct lab dipping, plant trial and development works as and when required.
To assist in investigation and root cause of identification on quality and product performance issues as assigned.
Carry out general clerical work such as typing, filing and keep accurate records of all studies/ works data.
Daily in-process testing or product testing
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Chemistry, Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.)
Analytical minded
Self-starter who can work independently with minimum supervision.
Able to perform tasks individually and work as a team with cross functional or cross site members.
Proficient in English, computer literate and possess good report writing skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
