Process Executive – Japanese Language

Description:
Good written communication skills and comprehension.
Intermediate level knowledge on MS Office applications like Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Good numerical ability and logical reasoning.
Preferably from a finance background, knowledge of terms like accruals, payment cycles, etc.
(Added advantage).
Maintaining timelines and accuracy in processing.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Roles & Responsibilities:
SLA Compliance:Executes transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines in order to meet SLA targets.
Participates/supports the TL in daily huddles, provides training/inputs on processes/business to the team to ensure delivery predictability.
Process Compliance:Executes transaction processing to meet quality standards.
Conducts QC/QA programs as part of the quality plan.
Customer Interaction:Handles/helps resolve escalations at the process level to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Process Reengineering:Participates in the ideation process, produces documentation, and trains the team on the reengineered process to meet client and internal commitments continuously.
Talent Management (People Management):Supports the TL by training people on process/domain as part of the growth plan to ensure high E-Sat.
Knowledge Management:Reviews and validates inputs from PEs and creates case studies/FAQs to capture tacit knowledge.
