Process Improvement Manager

Documenting system details - Understand current process, collect data, output and metrics as baseline before developing any improvement
Performing cost assessments
Measuring company waste throughout the process and producing an alternative plan to improve process consumable life span
Identifying relationships between systems - how changes in one system may impact other parts
Modeling potential outcomes for systems changes
Researching for other alternative method, material and etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in relevant engineering fields
At least 4 to 5 years' experience in similar position
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify performance gaps and develop effective solutions.
Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement tools
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and process improvement frameworks
Proven ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement
