Position : Process Safety Engineer Industry : Oil & Gas Location : Pasir Gudang, Johor Job Description: Execute Process Safety Management as per COMPANY groupwide requirements through deployment of programs and solutions as the Centre of Excellence (COE) to enhance and sustain groupwide asset technical integrity for maximum value returns.
Facilitate in the implementation and provide assurance to development projects throughout its lifecycle in achieve inherent safer designs, while create added values, optimization and compliance to laws and regulations, COMPANY Technical Standard, HSE Management System, COMPANY Project Management System and other codes and standards.
Qualification/Skills: Minimum 7 years of working experience with experience in oil and gas industry will be an added advantage.
Minimum Degree in any Engineering discipline, preferably Chemical Engineering.
Conversant is Process Safety elements requirements such as Management of Change (MOC), Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), Process Safety Information (PSI), Pre Start-up Safety review (PSSR), etc.
Has facilitated qualitative risk assessment such as HAZID & HAZOP Has performed or able to provide input and inteprate results from quantitative risk assessment e.g.
QRA, FERA, building risk assessment, etc Has performed or conversant in the followings safety studies: Hazardous area classification, CIMAH/HSE case, Safety critical element & performance standard & audit Conversant in various aspects of Onshore/Offshore Project activities, technical knowledge in Operations activities (added advantage).
Familiar with Phast & Phast risk Experience in operations or process engineering is an added advantage.
