Job Title:Sales Support & Administrator
Responsibilities:
Assist client manager in generating quotes to facilitate fast turnaround time, which may involve a degree of product pricing knowledge.
Responsible for information gathering and data consolidation of each quote request.
Handle incoming quotation requests, including overseas requests from other NTT Offices.
Ensure completion of quotations and handling complex/tender submissions before deadlines.
Frequent follow-up calls required to achieve client request closure within the given SLA.
Process and follow-up on dispute cases or open issues within the given SLA.
Deal with external and internal queries in a professional, client-oriented manner.
Close alliance with vendors to obtain vendor quotations and assist with deal registrations if required.
Establish and maintain good relationships with decision-makers, internal and external stakeholders.
Responsible for QA process and manage escalations from different stakeholders to resolution, ensuring smooth communication flow.
Participate in the implementation of new processes/tools/transformation activities, process improvements, etc.
Provide mentorship and guidance to new joiners.
Assist in order submission if required.
Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management or superior as necessary.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Business or any related field.
More than 3 years' experience in a Sales Support role in the IT industry.
Proficient in English, Mathematics, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
A good understanding of the sales/buying cycle and ability to handle dispute cases.
Good problem-solving skills.
Meticulous and detail-oriented with numbers.#J-18808-Ljbffr
