The role involves ensuring the integration of processes, improving yield performance, and optimizing production efficiency.
This position focuses on governance and enhancing technical methodologies, enabling data-driven analytics, and ensuring smooth transitions for new product ramp-ups.This is your new job:Owner and governance ofYieldandProcess flow& control.Develop and drive for along-term yield roadmap .Driveindustrial excellencein terms of FE – BE, Phase to phase integration (pre-assembly, assembly, test).Governandstandardizeforundefinedprocess areas.Eliminate process redundancies& control.Ensure smooth transition of new technology and product to achieve success HVM @ R gate.Ensure that all required processes and methodologies are in place to support the successful transition of new products.Coordinate with R&D, engineering, and production teams to address any challenges during the ramp-up phase.JET & JDT Technical Connection, Governance, and Assessment.This is you:Education:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in process integration, yield improvement, or manufacturing optimization in semiconductor fields.Strong background in process control, product ramp-up, and data-driven decision-making.Experience in High-Volume Manufacturing (HVM) and technical methodologies for process optimization.Skills:Proficiency in statistical tools and software for data analysis (e.g., Minitab, JMP, Excel).Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams to drive projects and initiatives to successful completion.Desired Attributes & Working Environment:Strong ownership with driving, pushing, and executing ability.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.Strong leadership with perseverance and cooperation.This is your department and colleagues:We are theBackend Center of Operations Excellenceteam, focused on governance and enabling the entire backend operation through process & Yield integration (FE to BE), technical methodologies, and data integration and analysis.This is what Nexperia offers:Why should a candidate be excited about this job?Good to know:This position may require frequent travel, depending on business needs and project assignments.Talent acquisition based on Nexperia vacancies is not appreciated.
