The successful candidate will assist in supporting Group Processing business activities.
Job Description
Provides coordination and administration support on daily office documentation, payment, work agreement, cost analysis, annual budgeting etc. for Group Processing.
Performs centralized monitoring on group's operational metrics and alerts management on any abnormal trend and potential improvement.
Assists in compiling and analyzing data when necessary and assigned by superior.
Responsible for the updates, filing, and control of all related documents and records and carries out disposition as instructed.
Independent and resourceful in the day-to-day admin and other ad-hoc works for Group Processing.
Leads and coordinates in updating, renewing, and establishing standard procedures for Group Processing (Group Document Controller).
Coordinates trial runs to test the suitability and practicality of the new/modified/amended procedures if necessary (Group Document Controller).
Coordinates training and awareness for users on the new/modified/amended procedures (Group Document Controller).
Manages and executes related company policies and compliance that are applicable for Group Processing operations.
Requirements
Bachelor in Business Administration/Management or its equivalent.
Preferably 2-3 years of administration or any relevant working experience.
Experience in handling ISO documentation is an added advantage.
Proficient in office productivity tools/software i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Words, etc.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Must be computer literate with the ability to effectively manage paperwork.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Ability to work independently with a good working attitude, initiative, responsibility, and trustworthiness.
Possess leadership, analytical, detail-oriented, and results-oriented skills.
