Procurement Administrator

Details of the offer

Liaise with shipping companies and freight forwarders to coordinate the transportation of goods from suppliers, primarily in China.Track and manage shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors in China and other regions
Manage the import and export documentation process, including customs declarations, permits, and compliance with international trade regulations.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
Process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely placement of orders with suppliers.
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including supplier information, contracts, and inventory levels.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain thorough and organized documentation for all procurement transactions and processes.
Qualifications:Candidates must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
