The Procurement and Sourcing Specialist (SAP) will be responsible for driving the sourcing and procurement activities for the organization, with a focus on managing the end-to-end procurement process. This includes vendor management, contract negotiation, supplier sourcing, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders, all while ensuring alignment with procurement strategies, compliance, and best practices.
Description
Supplier Sourcing & Contract Management : Lead the supplier sourcing process (e.g., RFP, RFQ), negotiate favorable contracts, and manage contract extensions/renewals to ensure optimal value and outcomes.
Procurement Process & Vendor Management : Oversee the creation of Purchase Orders from Purchase Requisitions in SAP, onboard new vendors, and manage Statements of Work (SOW), Work Orders, and sub-agreements to ensure clear scope and commercial terms.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Continuous Improvement : Engage with stakeholders to optimize value generation, track savings, and foster effective communication and collaboration to support shared business goals. Lead continuous improvement initiatives for procurement processes.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in procurement or sourcing, with a strong focus on SAP procurement modules.SAP experience is a must.
Solid understanding of procurement processes, best practices, and supplier management strategies.
Preferably experienced in managing IT categories such as IT hardware, software, and related technology services.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills, with the ability to effectively manage supplier relationships and drive procurement success.
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
