Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
Full time
Responsible for preparing the survey pricing and preparing the contract for the client and supplier.
Organize and maintain the billing and filing job.
Ensure cost control, process purchase orders, handle material submission approvals, and conduct material inspections.
Monitor and double-check invoices and follow up on supplier payments.
Able to work multitask and handle administrative work and ad hoc tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/STPM in any background.
At least 1 year of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in computer tools and software, such as Word and Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Available to work 5.5 days per week.
Applicants must be willing to work in Ecosky, Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur.
Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is required as the system is in Mandarin.
