Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with sourcing and evaluating potential suppliers.
Maintain and update supplier information and contact details.
Help with supplier communication and coordination.
Create and process purchase orders.
Track and manage orders to ensure timely delivery.
Assist in resolving any issues related to orders or deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of purchases and procurement activities.
Prepare reports and documents related to procurement activities.
Update and manage inventory records.
Conduct research to identify potential suppliers and market trends.
Analyze pricing and product information to support decision-making.
Support the procurement team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and preparing documentation.
Assist with maintaining procurement systems and databases.
Job RequirementsCommencement date: As soon as possible
Education: Bachelor of Supply Chain Management or other related degrees (fresh graduates or final year students are welcome)
Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage
