Responsibilities:You are responsible for managing the end-to-end category of RAN/Core/Transport/Passive/Services/OSS/Leased Lines and other areas required to support CD business.Having a strategic mindset with tasks inclusive of conducting opportunity assessment, market analysis, and planning of procurement strategy through competitive bidding/direct/tactical negotiation.Lead in conducting the procurement process, vendor negotiation in both the commercials and contracts commercial terms up to successful closure of contract, PR/PO issuance, inclusive of accurate reporting of savings, post-contract management/vendor management.To drive contract harmonization, including single contract and price harmonization for CD and good management of on-time contract renewal.Management of Stakeholders from a Procurement perspective and Procurement Services Provider, as applicable, including alignment of Procurement strategies up to management buy-in.To work closely with Stakeholders and Finance on yearly budget planning.Strict compliance with Procurement Policy and Manuals and all control standards.Requirements:Minimum 7 years working experience as Category Expert/Strategic Procurement/Technology/Project Manager in Network Engineering/IT area, preferably in the Telecommunication industry.Respective degrees relating to Telecommunication, Business Studies, Engineering, or IT.Certification in CIPS, CSSP, and other Procurement Certification would be an added advantage.Ability to interact with influence, including leading presentations for approval forums with all levels of management and stakeholders.Able to work independently, self-initiator.Skills:MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and Procurement relevant tools.#J-18808-Ljbffr
