Procurement Executive

-Coordinate with suppliers and Oversea for purchase orders, shipping, documentation, and negotiations. 


-Monitor inventory levels of respective products. 


-Oversee and ensure timely shipment and delivery. 


-Collaborate with agents, customers, and other departments for seamless operations. 


-Data entry into the system with precision and accuracy. 


-Perform daily activities of the Purchasing department and handle assigned duties by Management from time to time.

; Requirements:-


-Candidate must be able to speak, read and write in Mandarin.


-Require at least 3 years of experience in Purchasing or familiarity with dealing with overseas suppliers is advantageous.


-High sense of responsibility and self-motivation.


-Ability to thrive under pressure.


-Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.


-Must able to write and read Mandarin is advantage and interpersonal skills.
