Procurement Executive

Job Responsibilities:Formulate procurement objectives and goals to ensure goods and services purchased meet the highest quality standards, at the lowest costs, and with the shortest delivery schedules.
Conduct research to identify reliable suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
Oversee the seamless execution of purchasing activities, including requisitions, invitations to bid, supplier evaluation and selection, award of purchase orders, and delivery of goods and services.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information.
Conduct annual performance reviews of suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
Ensure timely submission of all invoices and delivery orders to the Finance Department, while ensuring proper documentation and storage of purchasing records.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
A minimum of two (2) years of working experience in a procurement environment is required. Experience in the construction industry or a construction material trading house is a must.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu is required. Knowledge of Mandarin or local dialects will be an added advantage.
Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a high sense of responsibility, commitment, and discipline.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, analytical, and able to work independently.#J-18808-Ljbffr
