Procurement Intern (Supply Chain)

We are looking for a Procurement Intern to assist the Supply Chain team for our office in Seksyen 16, Shah Alam to manage the procurement of raw materials and packaging materials.

This internship entails:  



-Assist procurement team in executing daily operational tasks related to ordering daily and monthly procurement


-Manage order deliveries and ensure timely fulfilment by suppliers.


-Assist inventory team with inbound / outbound operations, return management and packing supplies


-Assist procurement team with product research


-Support cross-functional projects and initiatives related to supply chain operations

; Requirements:- Educational qualification: 
1. Currently pursuing a diploma / degree in Operations / Logistics / Supply Chain Management or a related field. 

Experience:
1. No prior experience required.
2. Final year candidates with potential will be considered for a Junior Executive role upon completion of the internship.

Competency:  



-Basic understanding of operational processes and logistics.


-Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.


-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.


-Willing to commit for at least 5-6 months is preferred.


-Good and effective communication and interpersonal skills.


-Competent in the usage and application of Google Suite and Microsoft Office.


-Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analysing and interpreting data.
