Job Responsibilities:- Generating purchase orders for multiple vendors.- Monitoring and coordinating delivery plans for the project team.- Collaborating with the project team to forecast sales revenue based on incoming shipments.- Coordinating with the warehouse on all inbound planning.- Overseeing and managing inventory replenishment.- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of raw materials, components, and services required for valve production.- Identify and qualify suppliers, negotiate contracts, and stablish and maintain strong vendor relationships.- Oversee the end-to-end inventory management process, including forecasting, planning, and replenishment.- Implement inventory control measures to optimize stock levels, minimize excess inventory and reduce carrying costs.- Ensure compliance with all documentation requirements, including contracts and agreements.- Resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers, fostering a collaborative and solution-oriented approach.- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards and internal procurement policies.- Collaborate with various departments, including project team, engineering and finance to align procurement activities with overall business objectives.**Requirements**:- Procurement and inventory management experience is a must.- Preferably, 5 years of working experience. Ideally, 5-10 years of expertise in the Company's relevant fields is highly recommended.- Minimum educational requirement is a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a process-oriented mindset are essential.- Must thrive under tight deadlines and work efficiently with minimum supervision.- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, along with being a good team player and possessing strong negotiation skills, are required.- Experience in management within a globally diverse organization is advantageous.- Willingness to travel on an as-needed basis.- A valid driving license and personal transport are necessary.- Immediate availability for work would be an added advantage.**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusApplication Question(s):- Do you have your own transport?**Experience**:- Procurement and inventory management: 5 years (required)Ability to Commute:- Petaling Jaya (required)
