Yinson Holdings Berhad is a public limited liability company, incorporated and domiciled in Malaysia, and listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia.In 2020 Yinson established Yinson Green Technologies in order to develop projects within technologies that help to solve the world's environmental challenges, making the world a better place to live for current and future generations.**What is the role?****Some of your tasks may include**:- Participation as required in tenders, projects and other work associated with bids and project execution activities.- Contribute to development and improvement of the Company and Project Approved Supplier List.- Participation in supplier review and selections.- Perform various Procurement activities including arranging Request for Quotation (RFQ) package for bid and PO/Contract for purchases including variation requests.- Conduct bid opening, clarifications, commercial bid evaluation (CBE), and bid recommendation.- Responsible for the safe and complete delivery of equipment and services in a timely manner.- Coordinate with project team and Freight Forwarder regarding supplier Inspection Release Note, shipment, and delivery.- Optimize purchase and deliver assigned packages at the lowest total cost while still maintaining quality, safety, specifications, Company standards/procedures, client requirements, and schedule.**Who should apply?**If you have a strong passion in promoting a more sustainable future - someone who is not afraid to explore new ideas to accelerate business growth- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in purchasing & material management from an accredited institution is mandatory.- Proficient and have a thorough understanding in Purchasing and Material Management is desirable.- At least 2 years of experience in purchasing & material management- Experienced working in technology, marine, renewable and transportation sectors**What can we offer?**Develop your professional career in an area with increasing prominence as the world transitions to a low carbon economy.
