Procurement Officer (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for goods and services while maintaining regular communication with suppliers to address delays, quality concerns, and updates on orders.
Ensure procurement activities align with the company's objectives and budget.
Ensure timely delivery and payment to avoid delays in production or operation.
Monitor inventory levels and forecast future needs to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
Maintain good bookkeeping of purchase orders and other relevant documents.
Prepare weekly and monthly purchase reports.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires interaction with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of procurement software and tools (e.g., SQL and Excel).
Experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
