Procurement Sourcing Associate

Job ResponsibilityProcurement Management: Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating with suppliers, and managing purchase orders.Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing excess inventory.Supplier Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods.Cost Management: Develop and implement strategies to reduce procurement costs while maintaining quality.Data Analysis: Conduct regular inventory audits and analyze procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Team Supervision: Lead and manage the procurement and inventory team to ensure high performance and adherence to policies and procedures.Reporting: Prepare and present procurement and inventory reports to management, providing insights and recommendations.Job RequirementsEducation: Minimum of a Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement and inventory management, preferably in the IT or tech industry.Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.Personality: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.
