The day-to-day activities:Facilitate and support stakeholders in Procurement, Outsourcing and Third Party Management activities
Undertake monitoring and advisory of Procurement, Outsourcing and Third Party Management processes, ensuring compliance with BNM and MAS regulations
Manage and maintain the Bank's procurement, outsourced services and third parties registers
Support stakeholders to ensure complete and timely Third Party Risk Assessment (as part of the procurement process)
Support stakeholders in contract negotiation, contract review and periodic review on the legal-binding agreements to ensure relevance to the procured services
Ensure timely review and update of the Procurement Policy and Procedures
Support in conducting regular training and awareness sessions in relation to the end-to-end Procurement processes, including Outsourcing and Third Party Management activities
The must haves:At least 2 years of working experience in related industry with exposure in the areas of Procurement
A self-driven and highly motivated individual who is willing to take on new challenges and be adaptive to a fast-growing environment
