Procurement Systems & Tools Lead

This Organization is striving for excellence, adopting the Best in Class models to deliver value through simplification and standardization of processes, while adhering to Internal controls and compliance requirements.The Procurement Systems and Tools Lead is responsible for maintaining and optimizing procurement tools such as COUPA, ZYCUS, SNOW, ORACLE. He/she will lead a team of specialists and work closely with the IT department in managing the resolution of incidents, system updates/releases, and workflow management, to ensure consistency and standardization of the procurement tools across APAC.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
1. DEPLOYMENT AND TRAININGSSupport the deployment of procurement tools (COUPA, SNOW, ZYCUS, etc.)Configure the systems based on APAC procurement requirements and in respect of group guidelinesProvide information, training and coaching to users2. MAINTAIN AND IMPROVEDirectly resolve or escalate/coordinate the resolution of incidentsUpdate as necessary the systems documentation for continuous improvementFoster continuous improvement (CIMP) culture3. MANAGE AND MONITORManage and lead a working group of TOOLS specialists with daily performance monitoring (DPM)Secure knowledge sharing and development of all members' skills to gain capacity and flexibilityPlan, coordinate the TOOLS operations, communicate with stakeholders4.
