Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive product documentation that is both informative and easily accessible to internal stakeholders. Facilitate cross-team communication among business, delivery services, engineering, operations, and compliance to ensure coherence and alignment on product features and updates. Assist the product manager with project management tasks to guarantee timely delivery and adherence to feature release schedules. Acquire and apply domain knowledge of existing product features to offer insights and propose enhancements. Liaise closely with the delivery services and engineering teams to provide direction, clarify requirements, and troubleshoot issues related to product features or improvements. Collect feedback from both internal and external stakeholders, addressing concerns to align with product objectives. Support product launches and market-entry activities by conducting user acceptance tests, monitoring performance metrics, and creating reports to track progress and pinpoint improvement areas. Who We're Looking For: Individuals with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Professionals with at least one year of experience in product management or business analysis, preferably within the fintech sector. Strong communicators with excellent collaboration skills, capable of effectively interacting with stakeholders at all levels. Candidates who are proficient in Agile methodologies and experienced in working with cross-functional teams. Dynamic and adaptable individuals who thrive in a startup-like, fast-paced environment. Bonus Points For: Prior experience in financial services, particularly with digital wallets and payment systems. Proven track record with data analysis tools and techniques, and the ability to leverage these in making data-driven decisions.
