Product And Process Engineer

Responsibility :- 1.
Overall responsible for the planning and executing of all manufacturing test procedures & FA samples submission.
2.
Responsible to manage and resolve all the technical issue of manufacturing process.
3.
Maintaining Quality System relevent to Engineering so that all procedures are followed.
4.
Conduct appropriate technical training to inhouse workforce and identify appropriate fixtures or Jig.
5.
Install and Maintain all Test Equipment and establish appropriate test procedures.
6.
Participate in Development Review so as to ensure that all product developed adhere to the appropriate standards / requirement.
7.
Initiating and derive the optimum and efficient process flow-chart to enchance the efficiency,quality & productivity of the products.
8.
Approval of Prototype,FA Sample,ECN and Route ticket prior to production.
9.
To assist & support any technical enquiry by Customer.
10.
Provide customer service on any request from customer.
11.Travel to customer sites at short notice Requirement :- 1.
Degree in Mechanical / Electronics/ Electrical Engineering 2.
2 - 3 years related working experience Fresh Graduate encourage to apply.
3.
Able to innovate and work independently 4.
Knowledge in ISO 9001, 14001, 13485 & IATF 16949 standard 5.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills 6.
Able to communicate and interact effectively in both English and Bahasa Malaysia .
Mandarin will be added advantage in order to communicate with China Suppliers 7.
