Central Controls BAU Support to oversee the running of, and in time provide SME/technical support for, the following central controls: - daily Inventory FOBOs for Bonds, Exchange Traded Derivatives, Interest Rate Swaps, and Credit Derivatives.
- monthly packs that document key controls are operated ("SODS").
- daily P&L attribution calculation engines for Bonds, Exchange Traded Derivatives, FX Forwards and Repos.
- daily P&L attribution FOBO reconciliations for Interest Rate Swaps and Credit Derivatives.
- Monthly support for the workflow tool used to manage IPV and VA balance reporting ("VCON").
to provide cover to a second member of the Product Control change team in supporting the following controls: - monthly and bi-monthly MI packs for the Rates and Credit businesses.
to ensure immediate and direct supervisors are kept adequately appraised of pertinent issues and developments.
ensuring adequate documentation exists to support existing processes.
