Product Development Executive

**Roles & Responsibilities**- Oversee and manage the overall product and packaging development- Responsible for materials and packaging sourcing and price negotiation with vendors- To involve in product design and packaging design and provide constructive feedbacks- Gather customer feedback and demand to serve as the input for next product revision- Perform analysis check on product performance from time to time- Prepare expansion plan for future product line up- Perform ad hoc task assigned by the management**Requirements**:Possess Diploma or Bachelor Degree in related fieldExperience in Packaging Sourcing / Product development / OEM manufacturing environment is of added advantagePossess 1 - 2 years working experience in product development or related field**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Bandar Baru Bangi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
