The Product Growth Manager will oversee the User Adoption and Growth team, ensuring that data-driven insights are used to enhance user experience and drive business growth. This role involves leading efforts to analyze user behavior, set and track KPIs, and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and engagement. You will also manage customer success initiatives, ensuring that our customers achieve maximum value from our products and services.
Your key responsibilities include:Lead and manage the User Adoption and Growth team to align their efforts with business objectives.
Engage with customers and key stakeholders to align goals, prioritize objectives, and facilitate decision making.
Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance product performance and drive user adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
Partner with Business Intelligence function to develop relevant metrics, dashboards and analytical frameworks to drive user growth and customer success.
Act as a liaison between internal teams and customers, ensuring that customer feedback is incorporated into product improvements.
Analyze user behavior data to identify trends and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Conduct root cause analysis of issues in our products, services, and processes to propose enhancements to drive user growth and customer success.
Design and plan campaigns and events to boost product and service visibility, promote user awareness and drive user adoption.
Manage external vendors to execute our planned strategies.
Prepare periodic reports for management and customers.
Mentor and provide guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Role is preferred to be based in Brunei; otherwise, frequent travel to Brunei is expected.
What do you need for this role?Qualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Product Management or relevant field.
5+ years of experience in product design, product operations, product growth or customer success roles, preferably in the consumer internet sector.
Proven track record of leading teams and driving business growth through data-driven insights and customer success initiatives.
Excellent project management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
