In this role you will:Conduct research on Solar PV systems, EV chargers, and emerging technologies.
Assist in managing projects related to product development and innovation.
Support the Head of Product & Innovation (HPI) in scheduling meetings and preparing documents.
Maintain organized records of meetings, decisions, and action items.
Handle communications, prioritize tasks, and draft correspondence for the HPI.
Utilize digital tools like Google G Suite, Canva, and ChatGPT to enhance workflow efficiency and presentation quality.
To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to have:Pursuing or completing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin languages.
Understanding of community building, maker movement, startup ecosystems, and innovation.
Previous experience supporting senior executives with administrative tasks is advantageous.
Strong IT skills, particularly in Google G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and creative software.
A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving and project management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and plan effectively.
Commitment to customer service, continuous learning, and embracing diversity.
Basic knowledge of foundational electrical and electronic principles would be beneficial.
