The Role The Product Lead - Mindvalley Premium Programs will support and contribute to the strategic direction, development, and execution of Mindvalley's high-ticket digital learning products. This hands-on role is responsible for shaping an elevated, premium digital experience that exceeds the expectations of discerning users. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer and working closely with the Premium Programs leadership team. The role requires deep collaboration with design, technology, and other product teams to create an exceptional customer journey.
The individual will also play a crucial role in building and enhancing the community experience, ensuring that premium users not only benefit from the content but also from meaningful connections and interactions within the program. This includes designing digital spaces for networking, group learning, and community building that enrich the learning process. Additionally, the role will focus on incorporating cutting-edge technologies such as AI to personalize and enhance the learning and certification experience, continuously optimizing the journey through data-driven insights.
What you will do: Contribute and lead the product strategy for Mindvalley's premium mastery programs, ensuring a world-class digital experience that matches the high-value investment. Collaborate with the design and tech teams to build premium digital products that are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with the needs of our premium clientele. Oversee the development and integration of certification programs within the courses, ensuring they meet the highest standards and deliver recognized value to participants. Leverage AI and advanced analytics to create personalized learning paths, enhance user engagement, and optimize content delivery. Build and nurture the community experience within the programs, providing users with opportunities to network, collaborate, and share knowledge within a structured, engaging environment. Use data-driven insights and customer feedback to refine product features, improve user satisfaction, and ensure a seamless learning journey. Manage the full product lifecycle, from discovery and strategy to execution and post-launch iteration, ensuring alignment with Mindvalley's overall business objectives. Collaborate closely with the Managing Director of Premium Programs and other stakeholders to achieve business goals.
Key Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in product management within ed-tech, online education, or digital subscription services is highly preferred. Experience designing premium digital experiences that cater to a high-end customer base. Strong background in building and managing certification-based learning programs with measurable outcomes. Expertise in integrating AI technologies to personalize and optimize the user experience, as well as familiarity with data-driven decision-making. Strong understanding of community building and creating digital environments that foster networking, collaboration, and peer-to-peer learning. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, tech, and product, to deliver on product requirements. Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate user needs and business goals into product features and requirements.
Preferred Experience: Minimum of 5 years in product management, with a track record of developing and scaling premium digital products. Experience working in an education technology company, particularly in high-value or certification-focused programs is a plus. Familiarity with A/B testing, customer feedback loops, and performance analytics to drive product decisions and enhancements. Demonstrated success in creating premium membership or subscription products, with an emphasis on community-building and high-touch user experiences.
