Product Management Executive (6 Month Contract)

Position Summary The Product Management Executive (6 Month Contract) key role is to assist to drive and support 8Q plan or to assist in promotion projects (ad hoc) to support the business growth. The key activities involve price analysis, pack type and assortment analysis, pack and print design development, pack & print design adaptation and proofreading, packaging material online approval and signed off, competitors' analysis inclusive of architecture/price/assortment/packaging and claims, code creation, liaison and follow up with internal cross functions and external agencies to meet the Projects deliverable on time. 
You will play an essential role to: Assist in day-to-day product management for the responsible category: 
Product launch/relaunches for any global or regional Projects.To ensure proper alignment with the local team/in line with local market needs as well as timely execution of the tasks. Enhancement of overall aesthetic and design features of the product and packaging to meet the Project deliverables as well as all artwork proofreading. Work closely with internal cross functions and external agencies, and ensure designated projects are follow up and done according to stipulated timeline. Assist in developing product marketing strategies (pricing, packaging, product launching). Participate in the SEA competitive reviews and research reviews for holistic understanding of the market landscape/dynamics and brand/competitor performance. Category expansion projects – together with the category lead, explore and execute opportunities that can bring incremental sales and growth such as new line extension, geographical expansion, and any other strategic initiatives. Assist in regional reporting and analysis inclusive of ad hoc analysis to identify issues and recommend solution to bring business improvement. Track budgets with an eye towards maximizing gains and reducing costs. Ad hoc tasks that are assigned from time to time To be successful in this role, you will need to have: At least 1 year working experience; preferably in Marketing/Brand/Product Management related areas but not mandatoryDegree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field. The equivalent of this in working experience is also acceptable for this positionAble to work in a fast-moving working environment, able to prioritize and manage different projects based on business needsStrong organizational skills and motivated in meeting tight deadlines Keen eye for detail and highly meticulous Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams Good command of the English language; Mandarin language is a plus
