Why does this job exist and why is it critical?
Vendor Relationship Management, including build and nurture relationships, customer support, Vendor retention and vendor insights.
Strategic Planning and Market Analysis, identifying latest trend and best fit products for key target segments.
Contribute to forecasting and sales planning, setting targets and benchmarks aligned with the company's goals.
Engage in cross-functional communication to coordinate with marketing, operations, and product development teams to align on goals and ensure cohesive customer support.
Responsible for Updating/ Build pricing models based on business requirements and develop lead key businesses through approval process.
