We are seeking a forward-thinking Product Manager to lead the development, management, and pricing strategy of our software solutions industries. Key Responsibilities:
Own the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and development to launch and post-launch performance.

Collaborate with tech, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
Define product requirements, specifications, and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Manage product feature prioritization, balancing technical feasibility and business impact.
Work closely with sales and channel partners to ensure product-market fit and successful product launches.
Track product performance and pricing effectiveness and gather insights to drive continuous improvement.
Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.
Engage with key stakeholders to ensure product and pricing alignment with company vision and partner needs.
Lead cross-functional teams to execute go-to-market strategies and achieve business growth targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in product management within the accounting, HRMS, or digital marketing software industry.
Strong understanding of software product lifecycle, product development methodologies (e.g., Agile), and pricing strategies.
Experience developing pricing models that balance customer value with profitability.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate customer needs and market trends into product features and pricing strategies.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Experience working closely with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver successful products.
A strategic mindset with the ability to drive business growth through innovative product solutions.
Willingness to travel and engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand market needs and pricing dynamics.
