In this position you will....
take ownership of the platform that drives our device protection policy management—encompassing partner onboarding, pricing management, and performance data—which is fundamental to supporting the rapidly growing demands of our device protection business, while managing business stakeholders across various functions, including business development, marketing, operations, technology, and design, and collaborating directly with technical squads using agile methodologies to deliver the world-class digital solutions you envision.
You will be responsible for…
Setting the vision for your core products and driving that vision into reality through collaboration with stakeholders and your agile squad(s).
Creating business cases and maintaining the product backlog based on business value and viability, including prioritizing stories, epics, and themes to focus on the highest-value items aligned with the product vision and company strategy.
Utilizing your deep knowledge of users and technology to define end-to-end requirements and stories that are clear and comprehensible to developers and QA teams.
Working with designers and other stakeholders to ensure customers desire your product, which involves testing with end users through prototypes, surveys, user sessions, and more.
Defining and executing go-to-market plans, ensuring that product management, marketing, operations, and sales teams have the tools and information needed for success.
Developing and maintaining appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate and inform future iterations.

You will require the following qualifications and skills:
Is an experienced digital professional with 8+ years in the digital product space.
Has held the role of Product Owner or Product Manager for 2+ years.
Proves the ability to articulate to business stakeholders why features are required, what problems they will solve, and how they will benefit the end user.
Has experience successfully writing end-to-end requirements and user stories.
Is effective at collaborating with a global team across multiple time zones.
Demonstrates excellent English language abilities.
Holds an undergraduate degree in Business, Computing, or Engineering (desired).
Has experience working in a B2B2C organization (an advantage).
