We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to manage and focus product management in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will play a key role in developing strong partnerships with vendors and channel partners while driving sales growth and market penetration. Possess excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and ability to manage multiple product lines in a dynamic environment.
As a Product Manager you will be responsible for: Develop and implement product strategies aligned with the company's business goals.Collaborate with marketing to create effective sales materials, promotions, and go-to-market strategies that align with partner needs.Provide product training and support to the sales team and channel partners to maximize product knowledge and customer engagement.Develop promotional programs, campaigns, and incentives to drive partner participation and boost sales performance.Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners in the supply chain.Develop pricing models to ensure profitability while staying competitive. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Min 2 years of experience in product, sales or partner management, preferably within a distribution or retail environment.Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills.Aggressive attitude and responsible in work.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: Prior experience or knowledge in the technology, electronics, or IT is an advantage.Proven ability to establish and maintain long-term partnerships with vendors and channel partners.Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.Experience working with sales teams and channel partners to create effective promotional and incentive programs.
