Product Manager Specialist Mdc (Micro-Module Data Centre)

Develop and effectively communicate MDC solution value propositions to all the different partners, customers through the various routes to market.
Responsibilities: Identifying and implementing MDC (Micro-module Data Centre) solutions- SmartSolution in assigned region/countries including the ownership of the solution lifecycle management, sense of finance performance of MDC solution business and competitiveness.Gain deep insight into VOC(Voice Of Customer) what  needs and desired outcomes through extensive customer, channel, market research and deep understanding of industry trends and business practices.Understanding of MDC solutions delivery capabilities and contributing to the orchestration of the various functions involved (order management, operations, services).Develop and effectively communicate MDC solution value propositions to all the different partners, customers through the various routes to market.Manage the price review and price setting processes for MDC solutions to ensure that price lists are accurately maintained within deadlines and reflect Vertiv's commercial requirements in the market. Working closely with R&D team own NPDI gate process, documentations, supporting customization, New Product Launches to Internal and External; support executing new product promotional programs and existing product transitions for the region/countries.Working closely with Application engineering/Bid team/ Pre-sales/Sales,  definition, sizing, and prioritization of these opportunities, as well as offering gaps, justified in logical, succinct, and data-driven financial business cases, leveraging analytical capabilities to cover gaps or ambiguity in market data.Supporting development of strategic MDC solution configurators, such as Vertiv Solutions Designer, in alignment with the global business unit.Prepare and deliver presentations, case studies and other sales enablement tools and collaterals for product/solution enablement to Market Units, Partners , Service, Sales etcPropose and coordinate regular marketing activities to assist with top line business success.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in an applicable technology or business field.3~5+ years of related work experience, strong technical and application knowledge of MDC solutions or related experienceStrong experience in system design and technical/product marketingThis is a customer-facing role with a strong focus to meet and exceed customers' technical system and solution demandsProactive, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude, with a willingness to take ownership of challenges and opportunitiesEnglish fluency required, written and spoken; other language(s) highly valued OUR CORE PRINCIPALS:  Safety.  Integrity. Respect.  Teamwork.  Diversity & Inclusion.
