Responsibilities:Go-to-Market Strategy : Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature enhancements.
Market Research : Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Utilize insights to inform product positioning and messaging.
Product Positioning & Messaging : Craft compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences across various channels.
Content Creation : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content including product brochures, whitepapers, case studies, website copy, and sales enablement materials.
Sales Enablement : Develop and deliver training, tools, and collateral to support the sales team in effectively communicating product value and driving sales.
Customer Insights : Gather and analyse customer feedback and usage data to refine product offerings and marketing strategies.
Campaign Management : Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, demand, and adoption.
Monitor and report on campaign performance.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with product management, sales, customer success, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
Market Analysis : Monitor and report on market trends, similar industry players' activities, and customer behaviours to identify opportunities and threats.
Performance Metrics : Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives.
Drive brand awareness and publicity through various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram).
Marketing Administrative : Assist in all marketing administrative matters if any.
Requirements:Possess excellent communication skills (Written & Spoken)
Prior experience in digital marketing and knowledge of Search Engine Optimization an added advantage
Strong understanding of market research and data analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and problem-solve.
Results-driven with a proactive approach to meeting goals.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing role.
Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns is a plus point.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
