What you will do:
Drive market, customer, and competitive analysis and represent the market insights internally for business and product inputs.
Partner with country heads, channel owners, and other stakeholders in defining market entry, scaling, and expansion opportunities.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams for new product launches and market entries.
Identify, assess, and manage relationships with network partners.
Prepare business case and financial projections to support strategic decisions.
Build, lead, and mentor a high performing Product Marketing function.
Minimum Requirements:
5-6 years experience in Product Marketing, Marketing, Strategy, or Research role.
Strong understanding of product positioning, branding, and go-to-market strategies.
Excellent in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
Capable to synthesize insights effectively and provide recommendations based on primary and/or secondary research.
Advance in Microsoft office and Google suite, particularly in Microsoft Powerpoint and Google Slide.
Has high interest and curiosity towards financial service industry.
You will shine if you have:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
Experience in the startup, financial, or financial industry is preferred.
Experience in customer segmentation and persona development.
Experience in developing go to market strategy and product life cycle management.
Proficiency in other Southeast Asian language is an added advantage.
