What you'll be working on:
Collect and organize feedback and requirements from various departments, and report them to the Product Owner in a timely manner.
Assist in writing Product Requirement Documents (PRD), user manuals, and other related documentation.
Maintain and update product-related documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assist the Product Owner in tracking project progress, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
Organize and participate in project meetings, record meeting minutes, and follow up on the execution of meeting resolutions.
Assist in product testing, including functionality testing and user experience testing.
Collect test feedback, assist in analyzing and solving issues discovered during testing.
Assist in handling user feedback after product launch and help resolve user issues.
What we're looking for:
Preferred majors include Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively collaborating with different departments and teams.
Proficient in using office software and product management tools (e.g., Excel, Axure, JIRA).
Basic data analysis skills, able to extract valuable information from data.
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong interest in products and technology, willing to continuously learn and improve.
Proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and team cooperation spirit.
Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong reading and writing abilities.
