Job DescriptionSales and Distribution Role:
Implement sales strategy to meet targets for designated accounts within the assigned territory.
Offer constructive feedback for ongoing improvement in construction.
Monitor sales performance against goals and devise plans to address any gaps.
Source market ideas to bolster local initiatives for increasing sales.
Collect and manage overdue credit, outstanding payments, and bad debts within specified timelines.
Maintain updated account information for all clinics, including new openings, closures, and activity status.
Engage with clinics to drive ongoing sales growth, managing orders, deliveries, and addressing any concerns proactively.
Job RequirementsWork location to choose: Klang Valley / Penang.
Must be well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be an added advantage)
Have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the aesthetics and medical industry.
Possess strong negotiation skills and a focus on delivering results.
Demonstrate strong commercial insight, analytical abilities, and problem-solving aptitude.
Exhibit excellent communication and management abilities to foster relationships internally and externally.
Hold a degree in Biotechnology or Business and Marketing, or a related equivalent qualification.
Display high work discipline and commitment, while serving as a team player.
Create basic marketing materials to support sales and marketing efforts.
Conduct product trainings for clinic staff as needed to promote products.
Engage in discussions and planning with accounts to drive business development and achieve sales targets.
