-Generate new sales opportunities and maintain existing business.
-Develop an understanding of each account's culture, competitive pressures, financial state, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
-Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clinical and administrative staff in assigned accounts in the territory to support continued business.
-Develop and maintain a strategic account plan to defend sales in accounts in assigned territory. Execute the plan to increase sales volumes in assigned accounts.
-Maintain awareness of competitive products and marketing practices, and keep sales management informed concerning them.
-Verbally deliver clear and concise instruction on the safe and efficacious use of assigned products to customers in and out of the OT setting, including in-services for surgeons and clinical staff.
-Identify opportunities for surgeons and senior clinical staff to attend company-sponsored professional training programs.
-Address customer complaints in accordance with Company policy and advise management promptly of any situation beyond the scope of authority.
-Understand and demonstrate high-performance practices and expectations in daily work activities.

; Requirements:-
-Minimum Diploma or Degree in a related field.
-Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
-Between 2 to 5 years of sales experience. Experience within the medical or surgical device industries will be an added advantage.
-High level of energy, motivation, drive, persistence, initiative, commitment, high degree of integrity, and professionalism.
-Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
-Willing to travel and must possess own vehicle.
-Ability to work with minimum supervision.
-Nurses with OT experience are encouraged to apply.
