Product Trainer

Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver training programs for power tools to a diverse range of clients. Create educational materials and manuals for product training. Conduct on-site training sessions and workshops at client locations. Provide expert knowledge on the use and maintenance of industrial power tools. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and tailor training accordingly. Gather feedback from trainees and clients to improve training strategies and materials. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in power tools technology. Qualifications: 4-5 years in product training or related field Proven experience as a product trainer, preferably in the power tools sector. Strong presentation and communication skills. Ability to travel to client sites and conduct hands-on training sessions. Adept at creating engaging training content for both technical and non-technical audiences. Customer-focused approach with the ability to adapt to various learning styles.
