Job Responsibilities Lead the production team to achieve production goals including production output, quality and productivity, cycle time target etc.2. Continuous improvement on production's efficiency and effectiveness to reduce production costs, allocate all kinds of resources, conduct objective assessment, and seek to maximize the utilization of all the resources (personnel, equipment, materials, tools, etc.)
3. Responsible for daily management and supervision, training, performance appraisal. Apply good people management to keep the production team in a harmony and motivated environment.
Job Requirements: Degree in Engineering or Science from recognized university or equivalent.2. Minimum 6 years of production management experience, Candidates with experience in managing a team of more than 200 people are preferred. EMS/Semiconductor industry experience in advantage.
3. Good communication and coordination skills, problem analysis and handling abilities, and pressure resistance, with strong execution ability.
