Managing manpower planning to allocate for each machine.Monitor and report employee attendance, overtime, leave to manager and human resources.Perform and update the production planning schedule and communicate any production schedule changes.To assist in purchase order issuance and ensure all purchases of materials are delivered on time as per the required schedule, quantity, specification & quality.Coordinate the scheduling of shipments and deliveries with the forwarder agentsMonitor and check the quality of the finished product.Perform any other duties delegated by the management.
