Job Summary:Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee production planning and control and lead a team of production supervisors, technicians and assembly operators to achieve Productivity, Cost, quality and Delivery Performance; Plan and deploy resources to meet KPI targets and company objectives; Initiate continuous improvement to eliminate waste; Ensure minimal production downtime and process bottlenecks; Cycle time and time study activities for all production lines; Report in weekly operations reviews; Ensure safety standards are adhered to; Collaboration with other departments and headquarters to drive for excellence.
Qualifications: Education and/or Experience: BSEE, MSEE with more than 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing and/or materials management, including at least two year in Industrial Engineer.
Language Skills: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia Experience in operations, inventory management, MRP and lean manufacturing processes.
SAP experience desirable.
